DORATY

DORATY" is an "immoral sweet. The name "DORATY" is a combination of the word "DORA" from the traditional Japanese confectionery "Dorayaki" and the word "GUILTY" (a sweet treat to be enjoyed with a sense of guilt). It expresses a new kind of sweet that reimagines tradition in an immoral way. The moist, bamboo charcoal-infused black dorayaki crust is layered with Fukuoka-grown Amaou, rich raw chocolate, green tea gyuhi, anko whipped bean paste, berry sauce, and Yame green tea brûlée. The sweet white chocolate sauce can be enjoyed freely as an aftertaste. Enjoy the luxurious taste of sweetness and bitterness, Japanese and Western flavors woven together.
